Our size chart is based on actual body dimensions and may not align directly with regional or standard sizes.

If the size you’re looking for is unavailable, it means that particular piece has sold out. At KIKI and JOJO, each collection is crafted in intentionally limited quantities to preserve the uniqueness and rarity of every design. To maintain this sense of exclusivity, we do not reproduce or restock sold-out styles.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Delaware.

Estimated delivery time: For most orders, allow 3-9 business days for delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery.

*Please note these are average delivery times and not guaranteed, some states can take an additional day or two, as they may be farther away from our warehouse location in Delaware.

Due to the high volume of shoppers during the holiday season, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed, prepped, and shipped out to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your items have been dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

Because we do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we are often unable to make changes to your order or cancel your order once it's been processed.

Different dresses or suits may have different caring instructions, so it is important to follow the guidelines provided to prolong its lifespan and maintain its quality.

Each KIKI and JOJO garment arrives with its own elegant hanger and signature dust bag. Designed to protect and preserve its craftsmanship. Given the delicate detailing and occasional-wear nature of our pieces, we highly recommend returning each garment to its dust bag and hanging it properly after every wear.
