Before You Begin
Please review our policy before submitting a return or exchange request.
Only items purchased on kikiandjojo.com are eligible.
Our return window is 7 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.
Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted, all returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With all factory tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
Items not meeting these standards may undergo additional inspection, which may delay processing.
No exceptions will be granted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be refunded back to the original form of payment, but may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange when the request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Holiday Promotions
All Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are FINAL SALE and follow the same rule:
No refunds; store credit or exchange only.
Accessories
All accessories are FINAL SALE; however, they may be returned for Store Credit within the 7-day window.
Final sale pricing reflects additional savings and is not eligible for price adjustments.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
Where applicable, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
We are unable to provide replacements, refunds, or warranty coverage for items that have been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned, or damaged after delivery.
Promotional Codes & Price Adjustments
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.
Sale prices, promotional discounts, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We are unable to issue price adjustments for previous purchases.
How to Start a Return
- Email customercare@kikiandjojo.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions for eligible merchandise.
Your Return Options
1. Refund to Original Payment
- Returns refunded back to the original form of payment incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
- If using our prepaid return shipping label, an additional $10 return shipping fee applies.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after your return is delivered.
- Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank's clearance times.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges (Free Shipping)
We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges.
Exchange Guidelines
- Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are processed at the price actually paid for each item.
- New discount codes cannot be applied.
- If the requested size/item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Each order may be exchanged up to two times.
- Due to fast fulfillment, exchange orders cannot be canceled once processed.
Exchange Options
✨ Instant Exchange
- Processed immediately.
- A temporary $1 authorization hold will be placed on your card.
- If the original item is not returned within 7 days, the full item value will be charged.
✨ Standard Exchange
- Ships after the returned item is delivered and inspected.
3. Store Credit
- Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card sent via email.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days after your return is delivered.
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
- Free return shipping is included.
- Final Sale items are eligible for store credit (not refund).
Return Shipment Responsibility
Returned merchandise remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been successfully received and inspected by KIKI AND JOJO.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered while in transit.
We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
Refunds, exchanges, and store credits can only be issued for merchandise successfully received by our returns department.
Promotional Discounts
Promotional offers are applied based on the qualifying items in your order at the time of purchase.
If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotion (including Buy 2+ Get 15% OFF offers), the promotional discount may be adjusted accordingly. Any applicable adjustment will be reflected in the final refund amount.
We are always happy to provide a refund breakdown upon request.
Additional Notes
- High-volume periods (holiday seasons, major sales) may require additional processing time.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if policy abuse is suspected.
