• Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped. You can track your package using the provided link.

  • Delays: Additional 1-2 business days may apply during peak sales or holidays.

Holiday & Sale Periods:

• Due to high order volumes, processing may take 5-7 days during holiday and sale periods.

Lost or Missing Packages:

• Kiki & Jojo is not responsible for packages showing successful delivery.

Order Charges:

Order Cancelation:

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled after submission due to the quick processing times. Please verify all order details before placing your order.
